Last night, my partner Alessandro and I dined at "Dai Tosi Bistrò" for the first time, and we left with a wonderful impression: an elegant, welcoming, and meticulously detailed venue with an intimate and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for both a romantic dinner and a quiet evening in good company. A detail that really struck us was the corner with musical instruments: the owners told us they also organize evenings with live music, showing that the place has personality and a desire to offer a complete experience, not just culinary. The pizzas truly deserve a special mention: they are very large, thinly stretched, with a light, fragrant, and easily digestible dough. They do not feel heavy or greasy, and are enjoyed down to the last bite. The baking is perfect, the crust balanced, and the toppings are of high quality, well distributed across the entire pizza and designed to enhance each flavor without overpowering the dough. A pizza that truly satisfies and makes you want to come back just to try different combinations. We started with crispy fries, perfect for sharing, and finished the dinner with a homemade tiramisu, creamy, balanced, and just the right amount of sweetness. Tonight, my partner and I discovered a new gem! We were pleasantly impressed by this place, not only for its incredible attention to detail in the decor with truly unique design pieces that create a fascinating atmosphere but also and especially for the quality of the cuisine. I chose a very fresh tuna steak, a real delight! Additionally, the service was extremely courteous and attentive. An experience that captured us, we will return very soon!

Amazing food and service! The pumpkin ravioli and the roast beef were both absolutely amazing! The tiramisu was homemade, delicious, and large enough for 2 people to share. We highly recommend a meal here. It was one of our best in the 2 weeks we were here in Italy.
